At Cutler Bay Tools, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our policy below.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, chargers, tags, and free gifts included. Proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Opened or used skincare, sunscreens, serums, creams, cleansers, toners, eye creams, or patches

Used LED devices or personal care devices, unless defective

Gift cards, final sale items, free gifts, or promotional items

Partial returns from bundles
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or refund.
4. How to Start a Return
Email support@cutlerbaytools.com with your order number, item name, reason for return, and photos if applicable. We will respond within 1–2 business days. Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days. Do not send returns without authorization.
5. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If free shipping was applied and the return lowers your order below the free shipping threshold, shipping costs may be deducted.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the eligible item and place a new order. For defective items, replacements are subject to stock availability.
7. Bundles and Promotions
All items in a bundle must be returned together. If a free gift or promotional item was included, it must also be returned, or its value may be deducted from your refund.
8. LED Devices and Warranty
Unused LED devices may be returned within 30 days. After 30 days, devices may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Contact us and we will help coordinate support.
9. International Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, and taxes. Original duties and taxes are non-refundable.
10. Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us before it ships. Once shipped, the return process applies.
